What are relief inks?
Relief inks are thickening inks that create a tangible, visible raised effect, as if the paper had been embossed.

Implementation

The inks can be printed in a glossy, heavy UV relief and can be used for such things as safety marking for the blind and Braille.

We can intensify the relief using texture. The ink is transparent, we determine the base colour during offset printing.

Recent examples

We can print this layer in such a way as to suggest sugar strewn across the paper, or create tangible water droplets on a cold glass of cola. We also print raised safety pictograms for the partially-sighted and blind on auto-adhesive printing sheets (for bottle stickers and the like).
