Scratch-off ink
This is a layer of ink that covers an area of "hidden" text and can be scratched off.

The ink can be silver, gold, white or over-printed in Pantone Matching System (PMS) colours, texts or value patterns.

Coverage

Our inks, with exception of the white and transparent varieties, provide 100% coverage. Transparency can be reduced by:

# heavy grammage
# low-contrast printing
# extra reverse-side printing
# please note: the white ink merely provides a veiling effect.

We create a white scratch-off panel by first printing in scratch-off silver and covering the panel with one or two layers of scratch-off white. One layer will produce a light grey result, and two will appear mostly white.
